About Campbell Solutions

Campbell Solutions is an ops and AI consultancy for high-ticket coaching, info product, and agency businesses. We build the infrastructure these companies run on — automations, dashboards, CRMs, data flows, and AI-powered systems — and we build it to survive the founder stepping back. AI is woven into every level of how we work. Small team, high standards, craft-first.

The Role

We're an ops and AI partner working with a large, fast-growing info product company (20-30 employees). We're hiring an operations generalist to help keep the whole business running and step in wherever things need fixing.

This is a broad, fast-moving role. One day it's fulfilment, the next it's sales or marketing ops, the next it's content ops, an AI workflow, or a fire that needs putting out. You'll work from Loom briefs and written docs, solve problems independently, use AI daily to move fast, and report on what you've done. You won't be micromanaged, but you will be held to a high standard.

What You'll Do

Fulfilment operations: keep client delivery running smoothly.
Sales operations: tracking, dashboards, data hygiene, reporting.
Marketing operations: campaigns, workflows, assets.
Content operations: keep content production and publishing on track.
AI operations: build and use AI tools to make everything faster.
Put out fires: diagnose what's broken, fix it or escalate clearly.
Report regularly on progress, blockers, and completed work.

What We're Looking For

This is a rare hybrid. You need both the technical ability to build and maintain automations, workflows, and dashboards, and the judgment and communication to run things and keep people informed. Plus:

Excellent written and spoken English (non-negotiable).
Strong AI proficiency, Claude or ChatGPT daily.
A sharp problem-solver who works it out before asking.
Obsessive attention to detail.
Reliable, proactive, and honest when stuck.

Big plus: coaching/agency/info-product experience, experience supporting a team or running ops in a real business.

What Excellence Looks Like

Things run without anyone chasing you. Fires get put out before they spread. You spot what's about to break and fix it first. When you get a brief, you deliver what was asked and handle what wasn't.

The Details

15-30 hours per week.
Time zone doesn't matter, we need someone reliable and available.
Compensation: hourly to start, depending on experience, with a clear path to more hours and pay as you grow.
Long-term role, not a quick freelance gig.

Think this is you?
